"Replaced water heater without any mess. Everything was perfect. Only thing I don't like that they took about 25 days to order new water heater even though they charged almost $800 extra plus installation charge. Understand that they have to make some profit but they need to get work done quicker after charging that much extra. I would go with them for service next time but I hope they can get their job done quicker in future."
